Usually when you go through KYC verification, it will pop up a window asking you to allow the camera to access our system. If for some reason your web or mobile camera doesn't turn on automatically or isn't working properly, here is what you can do to start it:
- Mac: Menu > System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Camera. Check the box next to the app to allow it to access your camera
- Windows: Menu > Settings > Privacy > Camera, then turn on "Let apps use my camera"
- iPhone: Menu > Settings > App name > Turn on ‘Camera’
- Android: Menu > Settings > Applications > Application Manager > Application Name > Turn on ‘Camera’
To fix this, please make sure:
The camera is not currently being used by other applications.
In the browser settings, there is permission to use the camera.
Your internet connection is normal.
After checking your browser's permission to use the camera, reset your browser. If the device still doesn't work, try resetting the device.
