When filling out the questionnaire, you will be asked to upload relevant corporate documents from the past 3 months, including the following:
1. Certificate of Incumbency (signed by all required beneficiaries) - clearly listing the ownership percentages of all current directors, officers and key stakeholders.
2. Company registration certificate
3. A description of the business nature, setting out how the company be operated and managed, and bylaws including the responsibilities and powers of the directors, and the limits that define such powers.
In addition to completing the company KYC steps, all beneficiaries of the company (owning 25% or more) are required to submit their personal documents as following, which also need to be dated within the past 3 months:
1. Valid ID from your country of residence - such as a passport, driver's license.
2. Valid proof of address - such as an official bank statement, utility bill or tax return.
Please note that incomplete, invalid and expired documents cannot be accepted. All documents must be clearly visible and the original copy.
Once we receive all your submissions, we will review it immediately which may take up to 5 working days, if you would like to know the progress of the review, please feel free to contact your Onboarding Manager for updates. If approved, we will send you an agreement to sign and confirm all relevant final details.
