In case you need to find your transaction details, you can click the button in the upper right corner of the Alchemy Ramp app to open the Menu, click Transactions to find your Order History, all your Buy and Sell Crypto records will be displayed here.
If you did not receive your order yet, get in touch with our Support team at Support@alchemypay.org, or via Chat.
When submitting your request, be sure to provide the following data :
1. Your order ID;
2. Screenshot that shows your Order ID;
3. Your registered email address;
4. Alchemy Pay Partner Platform (e.g. Binance, LBANK, Pionex, etc.):
Once we have the necessary details, we will check your order status and give you an update.
NOTE:
Transaction time depends on a few key things: Payment Processing Time and Transaction processing time on the Blockchain.
It can take from 10 minutes to 4-6 hours for transactions to be confirmed on the Blockchain, depending on that specific blockchain (Bitcoin blockchain, Litecoin blockchain, or Ethereum blockchain depending on which cryptocurrency you're sending) congestion at the time you initiate your transaction.
The coin you purchase with fiat currency will be deposited to your Wallet Address within a few minutes once the transaction processing is completed.
