Please have the following details ready:
-Alchemy Pay Order ID
-Payment Serial Number to track in our database. Additionally, please provide the
-Crypto Wallet Address and/or
-Transaction hash ID
-Screenshot of the payment receipt
Rest assured, Alchemy Pay will never charge any fees for a failed transaction.
