Please visit our official website: alchemypay.org and log in with your On Ramp account. If you do not have an On Ramp account, please refer to "How do I create an On-Ramp account with Alchemy Pay?" to register your account. Your current IP defaults to your country/region, you can also manually select your country and region, it will display payment methods based on your country.
1. Select the cryptocurrency you want to buy and enter the amount you want to buy in fiat currency. The system will automatically calculate the amount of cryptocurrency you can buy based on the fiat currency amount you entered and the actual exchange rate. The exchange rate is updated every 15 seconds.
2. Click "Proceed" to enter the address input page and add your existing blockchain wallet address.
3. Click "Proceed" to enter the payment page. You can choose a supported payment method, e.g., Card transfer, and enter your bank card information on this page. Click "Confirm" to complete the payment.
4. Once the payment is done, Alchemy Pay will transfer the crypto currencies to the wallet address you submit.
Currently, we support users to pay with Visa/Master Card worldwide. If you are in Indonesia, we also accept payments via bank transfers and mobile wallets. The corresponding charge standards are as follows:

*Why is the amount of cryptos I finally received less than the amount shown on the order page?
We kindly request that you take note of the following matter: the information displayed on the order page is merely for reference and may not necessarily reflect the best price available. The quantity shown on the checkout page depends on the payment method selected, as each method incurs varying processing fees. We advise selecting the most advantageous payment method for your purchase. Prices refresh in real time.
Meanwhile, the Gas fees are typically determined by market supply and demand and may fluctuate. It may increase during times of network congestion.
Different blockchain networks also handle Gas fees differently. Therefore, when making orders, please refer to the specific documentation and tools provided by the blockchain network and wallet you use to obtain accurate Gas fee information.
In addition, orders are executed based on real-time prices, and the final quantity will also change if settlement is delayed.

There could be several reasons why your bank payment is failing for a crypto purchase:
1. Insufficient Funds: If you don't have enough money in your account to cover the cost of the crypto purchase, your bank may decline the transaction.
2. Bank Restrictions: Some banks may have restrictions on cryptocurrency purchases due to their volatile nature or concerns about fraud and money laundering.
3. Technical Issues: There could be technical issues on either end that prevent the payment from going through, such as connectivity issues or software glitches. Please try again.
4. Card Restrictions: Your bank may have restrictions on using your debit or credit card for online purchases, or for certain types of purchases like crypto.
5. Fraud Prevention: To prevent fraud, your bank may flag the transaction as suspicious and decline it until you verify your identity or authorize the purchase.

Most of verification will be processed automatically and will give you feedback within 1 minute, but if you submit documents or images that do not meet our requirements, we may need to manually verify them, which may cause additional delays. Most of verification are processed between a few minutes and 24 hours.
Don't stress, your deducted payment will definitely be returned!
If for some reason, your transaction fails or is cancelled, we will also cancel the subsequent purchase process. However, in some cases your card issuing bank may not cancel the payment right away.

Once payments via credit cards, mobile wallets and bank transfer are done, it usually takes from a few minutes to a few hours to transfer the crypto currency to you, depending on the order quantity and any other security checks.
